The Invitation
This is not a concert.
It is an activation.
Sound the Field is frequency activism — a decentralized, donation-based global movement where circles of people gather to sound Love, Peace, and Unity into the living field of the world.
Love
The original frequency. The ground of all being. We breathe it in, we sound it out, we offer it to the world without condition.
Peace
Not the absence of conflict, but a frequency so coherent it reorganizes everything around it. We become the peace we want the world to know.
Unity
One voice in many bodies. When we sound together, we don't produce separate tones — we generate a single, amplified, coherent field.
The Ceremony
What happens
inside the circle
Each gathering follows a sacred arc — from grounding into silence, through breath, sound, and stillness. Anyone anywhere can enter this.
Grounding
The Heartbeat Drum
The leader opens the circle with a drumming heartbeat — the oldest rhythm the human body knows. This sound calls us in, marks the threshold from ordinary time, and begins the entrainment of the group into one living pulse.
Coherence
Breathing into Love, Peace & Unity
Together we breathe consciously — inhaling the essence of Love, Peace, and Unity into our cells. This is not visualization. This is the nervous system shifting into coherence. We are becoming the frequency before we sound it.
Dedication
Setting the Intention
We name what we are here to offer — sound poured into the living field of the world. This intention becomes the carrier wave. Everything that follows rides it.
Activation · First Wave
The Hum
We begin together with a unified hum — lips closed, sound resonating in the skull, the chest, the bones. The hum is the body recognizing itself as an instrument. It is the field waking up to its own presence.

The Ahhh
The mouth opens. The sound pours out. The AHHH is the sound of the heart — open, resonant, radiating. Together it creates a wave that goes far beyond the room or the screen.

Your Unique Voice into the Field
Now each person sounds from their own heart — whatever arises. Tones, harmonics, melodies, overtones. We are not performing for each other. We are sounding together into the world. The voices weave, harmonize, and sustain until the sound naturally subsides of its own accord.
Dedication
Offering to the Field
A single spoken dedication before the silence: "We offer this sound to the healing of the world. It is done." This seals what has been sounded and releases it.
Integration
Five Minutes of Sacred Silence
We sit together in stillness — receiving what has moved through us. The field holds. The silence is not empty. It is full. This is where the integration happens, in the body and in the world.

Sound the Field with Joya live and on Zoom every New Moon and Equinox. Open to all. Donation-based. You don't need a voice training or a background in sound. You need only a willingness to show up and be moved.
