Joya Sosnowski has always been a tech-savvy early adopter. She was designing HTML and Adobe Flash websites in the '90s with her first adventure as an entrepreneur, and has never stopped exploring how emerging technology can make work more creative, efficient, and impactful.

She fell in love with the possibilities of AI from day one. But after publishing her own book, Joya discovered a problem: traditional podcast-matching platforms weren't helping her find the right rooms for her message.

So she built her own solution.

Using AI, Joya created a personalized podcast scout designed to identify aligned shows, research hosts, and make strategic outreach dramatically easier. It worked.
