We live in a world that moves faster than the body can process.
So most people adapt by living from the neck up, disconnected from the very body trying to hold them.

and receiving affirmations encoded directly into the frequency of the music

HOW THIS WAS MADE
Each meditation is handcrafted by me.
I create the music and tune it to 432hz.
I write and record every affirmation in my own voice.
I then layer them into the track as subliminal frequencies, paired with theta brainwave binaural beats.
All of it is woven together in Ableton Live to create a single, immersive experience for your nervous system.
